This is so shameful to just intimidate a family because of the bigotry of a self-absorbed fascist dictator and a totally bias system that have never been fair to those who actually proved themselves to be citizens more than their self-absorbed and bigoted naysayers that follow a white supremacist ideology of masters and slaves.

There was many incidents of transit police abuse of authority on the Healthline, where in one incident, a elderly woman and two young children were hassled by the transit police, who come on the bus like they are the gestapo and demand to see fare passes. Because this woman, who was disabled and was sick, as she was headed to UH, she was hassled because she could not pull out her card fast enough, and also made threats to her and the kids. However in this instance, there happened to be another person that was caught that did not have a valid pass card, and this distraction took them away from harassing the woman and the kids. There have been many of those type of incidence on the Healthline, and they seem to harass people in many different areas going on their commute. Some. like myself, was harassed 3 times in one trip, which is absurd and ridiculous. Of course you see this happens more on the east side areas than the west side, especially on the Healthline, where it routes through the black neighborhood and past the hospitals and colleges, and it appears to be more of a revenue trap than it is about fare, to the people that rely on public transportation the most.

Seems like a lot of this article has not been thoroughly researched and much is opinionated, also by giving this guy a platform to his hatred and his attacks on gays, Muslims and blacks. This sounds more like a promotion of the man than it is an exposure. Where are your priorities Scene?

This actually explains a lot with the half assed service and the rude responses from their customer service staff. and I do pay full price.

Fuck Loomis and his police goons. This movement for Justice against police brutality and murder is something that I will not back down from. I do not have that option. None of us really do.This could be any of us. It happened to my sister when she was murdered by a cowardly black Cleveland cop more than 26 years ago, and I have a son that had just turned 26 years old. These are human lives, these are our children playing in the park. My voice will not be drowned out. I will not stand by as a witness to this injustice that’s been happening in this country for far too long. We all must keep fighting, rallying, organizing and communicating with one another because the names of the victims should never be forgotten, we must be their voice!!! People need to know that they have a voice that can be heard if we come together for change, but not any old change or the lies and notions of mere reforms, better training to how to better murder us, nor supervision that turn a blind eye to their crimes against humanity, or better politicians that can't keep their promises under a system that oppress and is corrupt from its core, but a revolutionary change and nothing less. I know most people in this country do not agree with what is happening and feel that they are helpless against it. I want to tell them that there are so many ways to get involved. They can be a part of this great movement for change. I felt like I had done my part but I know now that there are so many other ways I could have gotten involved. I was more powerful than I knew. I could have contacted organizations, the families of victims or utilized my own strengths to contribute in some way. All our lives are valuable. We deserve to live in peace and we deserve justice. If we bring all of our strengths together, I promise you we will be a force to be reckoned with but we will also be a part of a powerful and much needed change in this country.

Being an ex - 'disgruntled" Wal~Mart employee that managed two departments in two stores (Severance and Mayfield Hts), can say it is a discussing corporation to work for, and Severance was a piss-poor example of customer service, and shoppers are treated as suspects before consumers (which neither one bears any justification), and where you as a manager is undermined in how employees are trained in treating customers, and an idiot is placed in higher up positions than one that is more seasoned and has more experienced for the job. (Severance store manager had been stealing merchandise under the nose of Regional management for years) Also, many items that are on "rollback" are most likely damaged because of backroom insolence and mishandling from over orders, lack of care, and just plain childish roughhousing from when they are delivered from the truck, careless storage, and broken items being stocked on shelves. Steelyard Commons is the worst area they could have picked to put a shopping center, but Wal-mart takes the cake when it comes to harassing customers over customer service. I could say more, but it would take up many magazine articles besides this one to cover it.
