Beer Dinner

For tonight's Samuel Smith Brewery beer dinner, host John Staunton from importer Merchant du Vin will present six items from his portfolio, each of which will be perfectly paired with six courses from Washington Place Bistro's kitchen. Courses like an organic cider will be paired with a beer-cheese soup with crispy bacon. And you can have an oatmeal stout with a heart-braised lamb stew. Cost is $50 per person. (Beudert)
