It’s a laid-back Saturday night and you’ve just run out of your favorite brew, but the local shops are closed. What do you do? Well, after this afternoon’s beer making class, the answer just may be to start making more beer in the comfort of your own home (thought that won’t exactly solve the immediate problem). The brewmasters at the Cleveland Brew shop are ready to geek out over your favorite drinks, demonstrating their most useful tips and providing beer tastings to thirsty attendees. They’ll also be selling starter and 5-gallon recipe kits — for which all participants will receive 10% off — for those wishing to make their own masterpieces. (Jacob DeSmit)
