What makes the iced mocha at Lakewood's Phoenix superior is that they use smooth and flavorful toddy -- cold brewed coffee -- rather than hot espresso, which can be sharp and bitter. The toddy is combined with chocolate and milk and poured over ice to make this tasty, creamy treat, which is thicker and more chocolaty than competing versions.
