Like all the best culinarians, Fahrenheit chef-owner Rocco Whalen lavishes his food with attention, yet knows when each ingredient must be allowed to speak for itself. The result is fabulous items like Java & Mustard-Crusted Pork Tenderloin; thin-crusted pizza topped with artichokes, Niçoise olives, and caramelized shallots; and the voluptuous chocolate-coconut pot de crème. No wonder Fahrenheit sizzles.
