Oh, how we love the Buzzard. Part talk, part rock, all Cleveland, WMMS is one of the few bright spots on the terrestrial radio dial. Rover hosts one of the city's most popular morning shows and local comedian Alan Cox takes over in the afternoons for all sorts of fun with co-hosts Bill Squire (is he still doing that weird earring gag?) and Erika Lauren. Yes, we're long past the days of local ownership that found the station becoming the top ranked frequency in the country thanks to Murray Saul's Friday shenanigans, Kid Leo's taste-making skills and the infamous Coffee Break Concerts, but the station still spins a fine medley of attitude and plays the best of the '90s hard rock (think Stone Temple Pilots).
