It wasn't so long ago that there wasn't any really good seafood in Cleveland. But with the city's recent culinary development, high-quality seafood, shipped in fresh daily, is catching on at upscale restaurants all over town. While we have had some stunning salmon, groovy grouper, and tantalizing tuna at a number of the region's top spots, no place is more consistently devoted to bringing out a fishy's true best self than Lure, where Chef Nick Kustala and company prepare lighthearted, multicultural dishes that sing with flavor and creativity. Among our recent favorites are a sashimi-quality ahi tuna chop and an unforgettably delicate potato-crusted halibut (Kustala's signature dish). Come the spring, Lure is also one of the few places in town serving Copper River King Salmon, flown in overnight from Cordova, Alaska.
