i think alot of people that are heavy drinkers, or just like to have a drink or invite company over like to setup their own bars now you can enjoy your company and smoke your tabacco products as you drink vs going outside and hot boxing one tthen scrapping off the coal only to relight later thats nasty.!!!! i have quit going on three years now i have emphysema, along with chronic c.o.p.d. i welded many years aand worked in shit hole factories lived a good and happy one raised a good family and have lots of grandchildren and one just turned 18 oh my and i'm only 51 yrs old who's to say i did'nt get my lung problems from weld i welded on some nasty ass metal when i was young, around alot of chemicals, oils coolants but i did it for my loved ones mortgage, food bills , etc etc so with with new statistic thats means we'll see a new tax of some type .
