Good afternoon, Cleveland. Here's some stuff to read while you remind your kids not to talk to strangers in the Metroparks this weekend.

— An off-duty Sheriff's department employee was caught masturbating in the Metroparks. He was simply bringing his twigs and berries closer to their brethren. (19 Action News)

— Connie Schultz penned an apology column after coming under scrutiny for a) Not mentioning that Josh Mandel showed up at the Tea Party rally that she attended and covered, even though she named a bunch of other people that showed up or didn't, and for b) Videotaping only Mandel's speech. We stopped caring at the part where she says Mandel is really mean to Sherrod Brown. (Cleveland.com)

— Lionsgate, the producer of the LeBron doc "More Than a Game," got hit with a lawsuit by a guy who claims they used his song without permission. Next up: World B Free suing LeBron for stealing his hairline. (Hollywood Reporter)

— Olympic hero and Ohio State gymnastics coach Paul Hamm was fired after he was arrested last week for refusing to pay a cab fare and allegedly assaulting the driver. We give him a 9.7 on his exit performance, with high marks for difficulty and public embarrassment. (Columbus Dispatch)
