The best indication so far that Burgers 2 Beer, in Highland Hts. is ready to start flipping burgers at their second location is that their sign is up on CSU's campus at 1938 Euclid Avenue.
According to Heather Swartz, Head Chef, who will be overseeing the kitchens at both locations, "We are hoping to be open by Monday, January 28."
Swartz along with Robb Bancroft, General Manager and Calvin Willis, Kitchen Manager, have fine-tuned their menu since this restaurant is an "Express."
"We will include all of the burgers on our original menu with a scaled back appetizer list and will not be offering sandwiches. They were never our best sellers anyway."
