First the t-shirt, now the burger.
Nothing says hero like having a hamburger designed in your honor, and that's just what chef Chris Hodgson has planned for Charles Ramsey. Starting tomorrow at Hodge's Restaurant, diners will be able to take a big bite out of a hometown hero - figuratively speaking, of course.
The Ramsey Burger is an 8-ounce Certified Angus Beef patty with bread and butter pickles, lettuce, secret sauce, onion, cheddar cheese and a toasted sesame bun. The cost is $12, which includes tater tots.
Ramsey, who is employed as a dishwasher at Hodge's, has been placed on paid leave so as to not invite too many crazed admirers at the downtown restaurant, according to chef-owner Hodgson.
