Doug, are you not a fan of vegetarian food? It certainly comes across that way. Why is the selection of vegan and vegetarian food "disproportionate"? What, in your mind, would the proper proportion be? I think it's exciting when a restaurant can come up with creative ways to make vegetarian food, since so many people mistakenly think it won't be satisfying. Granted, I haven't tried the beet burger and spaghetti squash at Cha, but you seemed to dismiss it immediately. Perhaps a little more open-mindedness is in order?
