Duckhorn Wine Dinner

Moxie the Restaurant is hosting a five-course Duckhorn Wine Dinner. Chef-partner Jonathan Bennett will work his magic and pair each course with selections from the popular Napa Valley vineyard. Courses include golden tomato gazpacho with fresh Maryland jumbo lump crab, paired with a 2011 Sauvignon Blanc. A cabernet-glazed beef short rib will be coupled with both a 2006 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2010 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. (Jason Beudert)
