Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a traditional Chinese self-cultivation practice that improves mental and physical wellness through five easy-to-learn exercises, meditation, and the development of one’s character and heart/mind nature (Xinxing). The practice is based on the universal principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance, which practitioners apply in their daily lives. People of all ages and physical conditions can practice the five gentle meditation exercises. Falun Dafa practice relieves stress and anxiety, increases energy and vitality, improves physical health and fitness, and promotes spiritual growth and enlightenment. Free meditation and exercise instruction is provided.
