This clown is unbelievable! I can't believe I voted for him. All one has to do is listen to the recordings of the council meetings. Why doesn't the council president shut him down. All he worries about is his legacy as mayor. You sucked as mayor and apparently as a lottery employee. Please resign and let the other members of council do some real work.
