JURY SYSTEM IS DEAD, NEED TO BE BURIED

Yes, our jury system has been dead long ago and now only ritual to bury is left. In serious and racial criminal cases like these; jury system is outdated because the attorneys can play social, religion and racial emotional drama rather than legal arguments to convince few partisan jury members, and these few members; like jury member B-37 in Martin case; can turn the table very easily in their favor. It is not that simple to convince legal minded and well experienced Judge, but so simple to change the mind of few members. Secondly; the jury members get easily exhausted in few hours or days, and more eager to get rid of the tension rather than check and re-check the truth before offering her/his vote. Thirdly; it is still more easy to convince female jury members (in case of Martin) rather than male; because females can be manipulated emotionally more easily than male.

Oh, yes. these five men did every thing what other Mohammed and Aslam think to do, explosive substance in hand, willingness to blow up an imporatnt bridge and so on, but still they were men, between 25 and 35 years age; individuals, anarchists and confused persons but NOT TERRORISTS.
Why because they do not look like Muslims, they do not have Muslim names and they do not have any agendas related to their human rights violations, freedom of their land from their occupiers or are fighting with their dictators.
The WAR on terroirsm will never end, unless we change the yard stick of measurement of terrorism and terrorists. Any person of any color or nationality or religion must be treated with the same rules, regulation, name calling and tried and punished with similar intensity as a criminal otherwise we are indirectly breeding the crops of terrorists providing our cool corner. Not only the security agencies should follow these norms but the media also should follow the same yard sticks.
