I am sad to report that Sylvia (Paul) Namitka Polkas passed on 9-16-18. Paul and Polkas were a dynamic group. At one point I was invited to video record Paul Landis from John F. Kennedy's secret service in Dallas. They were a happy fun and friendly and cutting edge group. God Bless you Sylvia ... Peter and Irene Maizitis

Hey Will Work For Food shut up! You're nothing but a foul mouthed troll that hides under a fake name. The Scene needs to eliminate fake user names so that we can see the real disgusting you. You would not have the guts to post your real name coward ..

Will Work For Food what a clueless comment "While I have no experience eating at any of the Burntwood restaurant .." why even open your yap if you have not even been to the restaurant. You're good at trolling others under a fake name ... just shut up!

Shut up Will Work ... you've been spamming yourself. Did you ever stop to think that a business has to advertise -HUH? You don't have to read the posts ... then take your rear end and your "distinguished guests" (who the Hell do you dine out with - Queen Elizabeth???) to evenings out at McDonalds. Jerk.

Hi Martin ... I can help fill in the blanks. Alan Belkin went to work for Diane Gonda and Associates. He took my case and claimed in 2002 that he had lost his license because he failed to keep up with legal electronic filing requirements. I had just been laid off after employer harassment and intimidation and fraud plus age discrimination. Gonda argued that my case should be about the two year noncompete. I paid the retainer. They failed to file for close to a year (sound familiar?). I complained .... they browbeat me then finally filed. They lost but Gonda flat out refused to give me a copy of the docket. I finally received a copy and found that the judge found for my employer due Gonda's filing delay exceeding the statute of limitations and failure to file documents required by the court. She demanded more money to file an appeal. Another attorney I contacted drafted a demand letter and she subsequently filed at her cost. Months later I find that she had lost the case again. She again failed to file documents required by the courts and dropped the case with due notification from myself and the courts. She simply moved to St Thomas due to "court stress" per her St Thomas Scuba business site. She lied to the CBA that the case had no merit. CBA sided with her despite having a copy of part of the docket with the judge's comments. Ohio Bar refused to take action. Ohio Supreme Court refused to take action despite the fact that they had disbarred Belkin! Years later he was still working for another attorney in Cleveland. My life and career were destroyed.

Rush rocks ... what is disappointing is that Cleveland broke Rush, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland and yet the ceremony concerts take place in LA ... makes no sense ... would be like having the Presidential Inauguration in LA instead of DC. :>(
