when i lived off 117th and Detroit.. I used to DREAD going into Lakewood with a passion. I used to go around Lakewood when I would need to go west... the one time I didn't.. I ended up getting a speeding ticket and I wasn't even speeding. Lakewood is just as corrupt as Parma Hts.
