Winter Warmer Festival

The seventh annual celebration of the world of craft brew promises to deliver the foamy goods once again. It is, in fact, a perfect antidote to the mid-February doldrums here in town. More than a dozen breweries will gather to show off their wares, including Brew Kettle, Jackie O’s, Lager Heads and plenty more to round out the bill. The tap will run from 2 to 6 p.m. at Windows on the River in the FirstEnergy Powerhouse at Nautica. Tickets cost $35 and include a souvenir glass, 20 taste tickets for four-ounce samples, a deli-style lunch and live entertainment by blues artist Austin Walkin' Cane. Designated drivers can get in for $12. Note that tickets historically sell out early. (Eric Sandy)
