Welcome to C-Notes, Cleveland Scene's new music blog. We've been waiting for quite some time to get this thing up and running — eight months, in fact, ever since the old Scene and The Free Times merged last summer.

Now that we're here, we plan to be here every day for you, with plenty of info about local and national music that's rocking our world, concert reviews and album previews. You'll also find lots of music to listen to and videos to watch here.

We're hoping to make C-Notes a community hang, a place for music lovers like us to get together and talk about favorite bands, records, songs, etc. So please send us your comments, suggestions and whatever else is on your mind.

This blog will be a work in progress, especially during the first couple of months or so, as we tweak the way it runs and looks.

We hope you like what you see.

We welcome readers to submit letters regarding articles and content in Cleveland Scene.
