Saturday April 18, spiritual songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman headlines the ExtravaGathering. Held at Public Hall (500 Lakeside Ave.), the event is a benefit for The Gathering Place, a community that supports and educates cancer patients and their families and friends. Chapman's songs include Martina McBride's "Happy Girl, Faith Hill's "The Kiss,"
and Elton John's "Sand and Water."
