Jackie: New Album Is Near, but Live Show Is Nearer

Cleveland rock diva Jackie plays Peabody's on Saturday. After some preliminary work with Mushroomhead main man Skinny, Jackie and her band regrouped and recorded her new CD with Mike Brown (Gerald Levert, Trendy) at Lava Room Recording. The album, Almost Broken, is ready for final mixing and production. Her manager says it should be out by late summer.

This weekend's show is a Jagermiester blowout, complete with the Jagerettes, games, raffles and giveaways.

In the meantime, check out her video for "Go" above, which was directed by Skinny. —D.X. Ferris
