C-Notes just received this quick dispatch from someone who saw the Folksmen — the satirical group featuring some of the comedy geniuses behind Spinal Tap, Best in Show, and A Mighty Wind — at the Ohio Theatre last night:

"Saw the Spinal Tappers/Folksmen last night. The best, most subtle part of the show, which went over almost everybody's heads: The guys took the stage about 15 minutes late. People were like 'Where are they?', 'What the hell?' Duh! They were mimicking the part in the movie when they were lost in the bowels of the venue and finally exit screaming 'Hello, Cleveland,' which is, of course, the first thing they said when they took the stage last night." —Marjorie Blackthorn
