Local and regional bands who’d like to play WRUW-FM 91.1’s annual Studio-A-Rama have just a week to get their submission to the station: Deadline is July 17.
The free, all-day event, now in its 28th year, takes place in September in the courtyard behind the Mather Building (where the station is headquartered) on the Case Western Reserve campus and simulcast on the station.
Each year it features a national headliner and approximately eight local acts. All genres of music are welcome; bands must not have played the event in the last four years.
Bands should submit a CD of at least three songs, along with lineup and bio, photo, website address and contact info to WRUW, Attn: Studio-A-Rama, 11220 Bellflower Road, Cleveland 44106. For more information, go here. —Anastasia Pantsios
