So, do you think the Pope fires one up, cues up The Wizard of the Oz on the Blu-ray player and waits for "The Great Gig in the Sky"?
The official Vatican newspaper, L’ Osservatore Romano, just published its Top 10 rock/pop albums of all time. Yes — apparently someone there isn't still living in the 16th century.
We can't argue with most of the classics on the list — Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon, Michael Jackson's Thriller and, at No. 1, the Beatles' Revolver — but who knew they were rocking the Floyd there in Papal City?
Then again, we're a bit surprised by the shitty taste someone there has (the list was put together by writers at the paper) to include David Crosby’s If I Could Only Remember My Name. Surely, they're going to hell for that one. —Michael Gallucci (follow me on Twitter @mgallucci)
