A new Black Keys song, “Tighten Up,” is online.
It’s the first track from their upcoming album, Brothers, which comes out on May 18.
The tune was produced by Brian “Danger Mouse” Burton, who produced the Keys’ 2008 Attack & Release LP. The band produced the rest of the disc. You can read more about it here.
The duo will release “Tighten Up” as a 12-inch vinyl single on April 17, which is Record Store Day. The single will also contain the new track “Howlin’ for You.”
The band has shows scheduled all over the country through the summer, but no local gigs yet. —D. X. Ferris
