Today only, Slayer/Megadeth/Testament tickets for the August 18 Cleveland concert are a mere $25, marked down from $42.50. The special runs through 11:59 p.m. at Live Nation.com. Tickets with a Testament VIP meet-and-greet-plus-swag-bag are $192.
Slayer are playing 1990’s Seasons in the Abyss in it entirety. Megadeth are playing all of their 1990 classic, Rust in Peace. And Testament are generally thrashin’ it up.
Stay tuned next week for a feature story about Slayer. We interviewed singer-bassist Tom Araya, whose morbid preoccupations include serial killers. He says he’s aware of Cleveland’s Bernie Sowell, but hasn’t actively been following the case. —D.X. Ferris
