Cleveland's 4 Degrees by Sunday plays a blend of jangly pop and Americana that's wired for good times. Even on a lyrical downer like "Where Does It Go?" singer Tony Colon muses on a rocky relationship with almost giddy aplomb, in a velvety croon that sounds like Elvis Costello with a touch of acid reflux. Just like an afternoon under the sun with a few beers, things tend to blur together. But the background vocals provided by Camila Negret mesh nicely with Colon's pipes and break up the monotony, as do the occasional electric guitar solos on "Can't Live Without It" and "So Nice." Nice it is.
