A Robust Pairing of Wine and History

When: Mon., June 27, 7-8:30 p.m. 2016

Join the Oberlin Heritage Center at Vermilion Valley Vineyards for an evening pleasing to the palate, ear, and mind. Guests will sample a "flight" of six wines as Joe Juniper, co-owner Vermilion Valley Vineyards, shares details about the wine and winery. Wine will be accompanied by light hors d'oeuvres and sweets. Following the tasting, OHC's AmeriCorps Member Mary Manning will share a short presentation about the Great French Wine Blight of the mid 1800s, which altered the course of the entire wine industry.
