A Shot at Redemption

Tough matchup against the Bulls on Monday, granted, so if you’re looking for a game in which the wine and gold might get their groove back, tonight’s a decent bet. With a full roster, the Cavs take on the hapless Jazz of Utah (notwithstanding the recent high-level performance of big men Rudy Gobert and Derrick Favors). The Cavs suffered an embarrassing loss to the Jazz earlier this year, so with any luck, they’ll redeem themselves this evening. Look for ongoing solid defensive play from new acquisition Iman Shumpert, and the ongoing rock-solid space-consumption of new 7-foot-1-inch center Timofey Mozgov. Tipoff’s at 7 p.m. at the Q.
