Animated Comic

Get a good look at comedian Greg Morton when he comes to town tonight. It may be the last time you’ll see him for a while. The former animator (who worked on M.C. Hammer’s Hammerman cartoon in the early ’90s) is hard at work on a new animated series. He has a lot of material to choose from -- including his popular Star Wars bit, in which he reenacts the entire movie, including sound effects. Morton says his still-untitled series will center on his family. “People are always trying to convince my wife and me to have kids,” he says. “I just wish they would be more sensitive. My wife and I can’t have kids. We have white carpeting.”
