Basics Yoga

When: Mondays, 6-7 p.m.

Learn the fundamentals of proper alignment and breath techniques at our Basics Flow classes. This class is a great choice for beginners as an introduction or for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of asana by bringing it back to the beginning for a new perspective. Flowing at an easy pace, students will have a chance to learn modifications and how to best utilize props for their body story while beginning to build their practice.
