We admire Mi Pueblo's welcoming interior, with its beautifully carved chairs, handsome tile-paved floors, and friendly staffers. We love the big, rich flavors of the silken tomatillo-spiked beef tongue . . . the robust caldo de pollo . . . the fiery pork tamales. And we adore Mi Pueblo's famous burritos. They're as big as dachshunds, but (and we're guessing here) infinitely more tasty.
