There's plenty to like at this wildlife habitat/exhibition hall: eagles, foxes, deer, skunks, fish. And Schuele Planetarium is a fine way to spend some time in the dark. But it's the comfy facility's collection of living, breathing, venomous snakes, snapping turtles, poisonous spiders, and scary scorpions that really gets our skin crawling. (Don't even get us started on the terrarium filled with hissing cockroaches.) And just when you think you're in the clear, you're confronted with wide-eyed, dead-as-a-doornail, stuffed versions of all the furry and feathered critters housed in the center's cages. Creepy!
