Hue Jackson arrives from the Bengals with a long track record of success, a purported ability to develop quarterbacks, and the gravitas that has been so lacking on the sidelines for years. It’s not going to be a quick turnaround — wait until next year, folks — but Hue Gotta Believe that the turnaround will actually happen this time.
