The phrase "cost of living" in other major metro areas is often a euphemism for "keep the proletariat out." But in Cleveland, where affordability is king, you can live like one even on a peasant's wages. From necessities like rent and utilities to luxuries like dining out and show tickets, this isn't New York, Boston, or Philly -- and praise be for that. If the city's population ain't what it used to be, we shouldn't bitch too much. That's what keeps prices down.
