"Soup, beautiful soup" is what chef Matthew Moore creates year-round in his storefront near the corner of Lorain and West 25th. When the north winds blow, there are hearty brews such as lobster bisque and blue-cheese soup to warm us down to our toes. And when warm breezes ruffle our curls, we chill out over seafood gazpacho, strawberry bisque, or sweet corn chowder. Of course, Moore makes everything from scratch, with the freshest possible ingredients. So for those of us who grew up thinking the canned stuff was "mmm, mmm good," this soup is nothing short of an epiphany.
