Critics gave TED, Seth MacFarlane’s film about a crude, tough-talking Teddy bear, mixed reviews when it came out over the summer. But you know how it goes — every movie, no matter how poorly reviewed, gets a second chance when it arrives on DVD. To promote the movie’s release to Blu-Ray and DVD, the Kamms Corners bar and restaurant P.J. McIntyre’s will host a Ted Bear (sounds like “beer,” get it?) pub crawl at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. You must register for the event, which will include stops at Backstage Bar, Panini’s and Public House. If Ted ain’t your thing, you’ll also have the chance to win other Universal Blu-Rays including the very funny, underrated Pitch Perfect and the Bourne reboot, The Bourne Legacy. Go to http://bit.ly/UIBrFI. Early registrants have a chance to win passes to an advance screening of a new film that’s not yet out in theaters.
