Brewmaster Dinner

Tonight at 6:30 at HofbrÀuhaus Cleveland, Head Brewmaster Josh Jones and Executive Chef Oleg Makhayev host a four-course Brewmaster Dinner in the Hermit Club Restaurant. They'll pair four menu items with a sample of their tasty bier brewed in the onsite brewery. The duo will also explain why they're serving a particular beer with a particular food. The menu includes bake brie as an appetizer and braised beef short ribs with chili corn mashed potatoes and spaghetti squash as the main course. A seasonal fruit crisp with oatmeal topping will serve as the dessert. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the pub or emailing info@hofbrauhauscleveland.com. Tickets are $40.
