Come celebrate the Chinese New Year of the Horse at Triple Balance Fitness. Learn about and see demonstrations of martial arts forms, Qi Gong Healing, the Four National Exercises of China and the system of restoration and health maintainence developed over 1500 years from the Shaolin Monastery and surrounding villages.
