As an answer to the long-running reality show America’s Got Talent, MD Productions has announced plans to launch the inaugural Cleveland’s Got Talent. The event kicks off with an audition that takes place at noon today at Crocker Park in Westlake. There will be live judges and prizes, and spectators are encouraged to cheer on the contestants and be the live audience. The auditions will be held in the Marketplace Square's brand new 13,000 sq. ft. building. Judges will select the top three talents in the following categories: Solo Musician, Bands, and Dancers. America's Got Talent contestants Nu Covenant will perform as will The Voice's Brian Johnson. If the kickoff event is successful, Daggett hopes to make this a regular event. All winners will receive their choice in making a professional music video or recording a demo CD.
