Cooking Italian (SERIES: 3 sessions)

When: Thursdays, 7-8:30 p.m. Continues through Feb. 15 2018

In this three-part workshop, you will learn how to prepare Italian meals. An expert from the Western Reserve School of Cooking will lead a basic introductory course covering knife skills, organizational skills, multitasking, and Italian methods and techniques in the kitchen. Food samples will be provided. This is a three part series (Thursdays 2/1, 2/8, & 2/15 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM). Call the Independence Library at 216-447-0160 to register.
