Detour Live At Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

When: Thu., Jan. 14 2016

A new concert film, Detour Live At Liverpool Philharmonic Hall features Costello performing a solo show on last year's tour. Costello regularly talks about his upbringing as he plays hits such as “(The Angels Wanna Wear My) Red Shoes,” “Accidents Will Happen,” “Watching the Detectives” and “Alison,” as well as a version of his classic Nick Lowe cover “(What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding.” It's a tremendous show. The film is playing in a small number of cinemas in the United States before it comes out on DVD next month. See it tonight at 7:30 at the Cedar Lee Theatre. Tickets are $12.50. (Niesel)
