A hearty, masculine stout beer and the lovey-dovey club drug Ecstasy. Caution and danger: These two ingredients should never be part of the same stew under any circumstances. Unless, of course, the porcelain bus is destined to be your party vehicle for the entire night, and nothing will stop it otherwise. But Stout XTC, well, that's a different matter altogether. Just leave the risky mixing up to the local house DJ, who is a true patron of his chosen musical genre, playing dance cuts that range from the classics to the dizzyingly new around town -- dipping and diving into other electronic dance hybrids as the mood and funk suits the occasion.
