What does his mother have to do with this? He probably is ashamed, angry and embarrassed as I can only imagine his mother is (if she is alive) and other family members at how he let his lust dictate his behavior.

As for the woman posing, desperate people do desperate things, and if society wasn't so overall critical and unforgiving about offering felons/ex-offenders 2nd chances regarding real employment, he would probably still have his job. I'm just saying.
If it wasn't so disturbing ... What kind of childhood ... what kind of things was this man exposed to that drives him to this kind of behavior? He must want to stop but can't? .... :(
They are only in court because the football player wouldn't pay the parents price to keep quiet about their "little girl" and the ex-NFL player. All about the $$$$. So sad ...
