Dark & Stormy @ Bahama Breeze

We're a sucker for a barkeep in a tropical shirt — even more so when he's crafting us a classic cocktail. So how could we turn down an offer from Bahama Breeze's Louis Jones to try a cool, refreshing Dark & Stormy? Jones tells us the $6.99 cocktail — an eye-catching pour of Gosling's Black Seal 80-proof Bermuda dark rum floating on a cloud of Gosling's Stormy ginger beer, then tweaked with a squeeze of fresh lime juice — is the national drink of that warm & sunny country. But it's a relative newcomer to the Bahama Breeze menu, where it makes a tasty addition to the Mojitos, Margaritas, and other lip-smacking libations. Cue the steel drums, mon.
