Explorer Series: A Natural History of Wine

Pop the cork on the connections between wine and science and discover the relationships between this potent fermented beverage and subjects ranging from physics to anthropology and evolution to climatology. Learn how you can pair your favorite vintage with any complex scientific topic at this can’t miss evening for anyone looking to appreciate wine to its fullest. Book signing to follow. Doors open at 5:30pm. Complimentary appetizers, cash bar and live music present. Museum exhibits, galleries and store are open. Presentation begins at 7pm in the auditorium.
