Falun Dafa is a comprehensive self-cultivation practice of mind and body based on universal principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. It has five easy-to-learn, gentle meditation exercises, including a seated meditation, which can be practiced by people of all ages and physical conditions. Practitioners around the world have experienced tremendous mental and physical health benefits from Falun Dafa, including relief from stress and anxiety, increased energy and vitality, improved physical health and fitness, healing, and deepened spiritual awareness. Free meditation and exercise instruction is provided. All Falun Dafa exercise instruction and events are free and open to the community.
