The art of cupping, or coffee tasting, is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. When cupping, a taster evaluates the body, mouthfeel, sweetness, acidity, aromas, and finish of various examples. There are many similarities shared between tasting and evaluating wine and coffee. In addition to our regular Friday Happy Hour we will cup and taste through an assortment of coffees from our friends at Fig Leaf. They are roasting some of the best quality coffee in North East Ohio and we are excited to share our love of them with you! Wine! Coffee! Bread! Cheese!
