"When you laugh, you actually get an aerobic exercise," says Venus. "It's really surprising what a workout it is after 30 minutes of it." Every Monday night, her students sit on the floor and share funny stories. They're soon bursting into uncontrollable giggles just by looking at each other. "Even when you're feeling ill, laughter creates such a shift that you feel so much better emotionally and physically," says Venus.
